    <summary type="html">try a very very heavy wieghterd hoop.......that'll get you started....drill some big screws into the outside where yous  poi wicks would be....cover them with ShoeGoe to protect yourself from little snags and cuts from screw heads...and practice with that untill your confidant enough to get and try a reall poi hoop..........seems simple enough in theory anyways ; P</summary>
