I haven't posted a video in quite a while so here's one of a recent burn.
As far as flow goes, it wasn't there. It just felt too good to be firehooping again and I just wanted to spin fast:-p

This was my first experience fire-hooping on the beach. I love it. The contrast between the feeling of the fire and the waves splashing on my feet is exhilarating.
