I'm new to LA and need to find my peeps! Do any of you get together for hoop jams or skill share sessions? I'm in Venice, but I'm mobile by car and bike.

Wed, February 27, 2008 - 10:54 PMYou sound very super duper uber rad...I am a hula hooper, and have lit up my fire hoop a few times, as well as poi and just started staff. I live in Huntington Beach though, but love taking trips down to Venice...I absolutely love it there, by far one of my favorite places to spend the day. Perhaps we can hoop it up soon.

Thu, February 28, 2008 - 5:06 PMI am a hooper in Simi and have had a lot of trouble finding hoopers since moving back from college. I am always looking for hoop jamers. Right now I am tied up with work and going to fuente eterno, but after that (mid-march) I think I am going to try to start organizing some hoop jams, I just need a location. There is an LA hoopers tribe if you have not joined it yet.
