making a fire hoop

I have looked and read a lot of the instructions here for making fire hoops. But I was wondering if anyone could supply step by step pics with instructions...I am kinesthetic, so it's hard for me to visualize instructions without pics...I know....lame. Maybe a list of supplies and good places to get them also?
