I'm not sure where you'd find it in canada, but we can get 99% iso in certain food stores here. We can also special request it from hardware stores. As for the hybrids, as far as I know, only Holistic hoops and Bearclaw sell them. Iso doesn't like kevlar and needs the cotton core to give you any kind of reasonable burn, even on the pure stuff.
